Refund, Cancellations & Return Policies
We work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and had to be cancelled even if approved. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any of these reasons - unavailability of stocks, shipping restrictions, etc. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. In case we are not able to process your order within 10 working days we will initiate a refund.
In case if we receive a cancellation notice from the customer and the order has not been processed/ fulfilled by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel the orders that have already been processed and shipped out.
Refund Policy
In case of damaged products or breakages, the company that shipped the products will inspect them on order to order basis. We shall refund you the entire amount minus the cost of shipping if the damage / breakage was from our end or during transit. If there are breakages from the customer's end while using the products, we do not hold responsibility. Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 working days, from the date of complaint.
To start a refund, you can contact us at holamama.in@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our all natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns.
Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love the products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.
Hola Mama Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients as well as present on the vendors packaging. We are not liable for any loss or damages caused by the product.
People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.
